Every single order is sorted internally into a “batch,” which are assigned via the date of order or the quantity limit of that batch.

With that batch, you’re then able to see exactly what’s happening, what we’re waiting on, and the estimated dates of ingredient arrival, blending, sacheting, and final packaging before fulfillment.

If you have multiple orders across multiple batches, you’ll also now be able to easily see where they are, and the estimated time of completion!

Ramen as complex as ours, with all the specialty nutrition and real dehydrated ingredients in it makes it hugely important for us to order the right amount. Ordering ahead on upcoming batches means that you’ll be sure to receive that batch, and help us know how much to order!

We always strive to have extra in batches, but that may not always work out, especially in the case of specialty ingredients.
