How It Works
Your application starts by telling us about your relationship with food, and why this program interests you. If you're selected to join our program, then you'll get not only an affiliate code that gives your audience a discount and pays a percentage to you, but we'll also send you Vite Noodles, a pack of high protein, high fiber, Asian American noodles to cook with. Every piece of content you make means access to more of our products, up to and including entire knife sets, cutting boards, and more.
While making recipes and content with the noodles is encouraged, it isn't required.
From there, you create with whatever medium feels right to you, whether it's a cooking video, illustrations, comics, animation, music, photography, or whatever you like, while cooking your story. Every piece of content you share moves you forward in the program, and everything you get, you'll also get to give away to your audience, at no cost to you.
We love seeing recipes and cooking that your audience can recreate at home, and our culinary consulting team is here to help you develop them. This is encouraged and not required, because we know that food stories come in every form, but some of the most powerful content in this program will be the kind that gets someone else into their kitchen. The recipe you cook does not necessarily need to be the one you're telling a story about, either, though it's encouraged to connect them in some way.
From day one, every creator in the program has access to culinary consulting and support with others who have joined the project, with guidance through Discord from a team with Michelin-trained kitchen experience. Recipe development, technique, ingredient suggestions, troubleshooting, writing, whatever you need to help you create your content. Available at no cost, with no limits to the questions you ask.

How You Progress
As you create and advance through the program, your creative toolkit grows, and so do the giveaways you can offer your audience. We review every piece of content and approve it, and our bar is the spirit of the work, rather than a rigid checklist. Higher effort pieces may count for more than one, on a case by case basis. For the first six levels, every piece of content you create unlocks the next level, and everything you receive, your audience can receive too. Beyond Level 6, the program opens into creative partnerships by invitation, where the collaboration, and the rewards, go much further.
Level 1: Accepted Into The Program
You applied, and you're in. This is where it starts.

You made something and put it into the world, and we approved it. That first piece of content unlocks Vite Ramen in your resupply, which means you now have two different foundations to cook and create with, and your audience has a new option every time you run a giveaway.

Level 3: Second Piece of Content

Level 4: Third Piece of Content + Community Participation
You've been part of the Discord community in at least one visible way, whether that's sharing a recipe, answering a question, or engaging with another creator's work. The VMK Base opens up a completely different kind of cooking, twelve servings of modular meal components that let you build dishes you couldn't build before, and create content around an entirely new set of possibilities.

Full ongoing resupply, the complete giveaway catalog, and the tools we make at your disposal. Everything after this is partnership territory, by invitation as you create content.

This is where the program shifts from individual creation to brand partnership, and you're still creating. We work with you to create custom Vite Noodles or Vite Ramen packaging with your name, your brand, or your story on it, with limited-run labels, custom artwork, packaging that's uniquely yours. Your content at this level features products with your identity on them, and every piece still moves the relationship forward.

Level 8: Collaborative Merch + Co-Production (By Invitation)
You and Vite design merch together, like apparel, accessories, creative goods that carry both your identity and ours. Vite's creative team also works directly with you on co-produced content, bringing dedicated production support to elevate your work with professional video shoots, editing, graphics, and motion work that takes what you're already creating and gives it a level of polish and production value that's difficult to reach alone. You're still creating through all of this, with a team behind you.

Level 9: Product Collaboration (By Invitation)
You're designing something new with us. A custom knife with your input on the design, a custom Vite Ramen flavor built with our culinary team, and more. Your vision shapes what we make,, and you share in the profits. Co-produced content at this level can involve full-scale productions with mixed media, 3D elements, animation, and whatever creative tools the project calls for, built around the story of something you helped create from the ground up. The scope of what we can build together depends on the project, but this is where we bring everything we have to the table.

Content Criteria
Every piece of content that counts toward your progression passes four checks.
1. You made it yourself. The work came from your creative ability, and you created it using your own skills in any medium, whether it's cooking, writing, drawing, photography, music, video, animation, or anything else that you create with.
2. Someone can find and revisit it. The work lives on your platform or profile in a form that we can access permanently after the upload. A published post, a video on your channel, a blog entry, or some kind of place where a permanent link exists to it. Something like Instagram stories, or other time gated deletion media do not count.
3. It connects your story to food. While the use of Vite products is heavily encouraged for obvious reasons, we also don't want to limit your creativity. The connection can be direct or emotional, a recipe, a memory of a meal, a feeling tied to cooking, a person who taught you something in a kitchen, a place where food meant something, a sound or a smell that brings you back. The work is about your relationship with food in some form.
4. It represents real effort. We're not corpo driven drones with strict rules. The spirit of the content matters-- we can tell if things are thrown out carelessly, or trying to take advantage of the system. We want you to put real creative energy into this. The bar is that you cared about what you were making while you were making it, and tried hard to make it in a way that showcases your story and your craft.
Common Rejection Criteria
- AI-generated content. Honestly, I don't think we really need to explain this one much.
- Reposted content you did not create for the program. Stock images, someone else's photographs, copied text. Similarly, re-used content from before will not count either.
- Content with no emotional connection to food. The program is about food stories, not just food. We want to hear about why this food and story made such an impact on your life, not just something that makes you a little happy.
The Community
The Vite Discord is open to everyone: weekly prompts, recipe sharing, cooking help, all levels welcome. Creators in the program join a cohort of others who started around the same time for collaboration, idea-swapping, and growing together. Culinary consulting happens in the channels so everyone in the community benefits from every conversation.
