Aug 20, 2026 - Ramen production is done and fulfillment for noodles is done for all domestic orders! We’re doing split shipments of ramen and merch, so anyone who got both will be getting them in separate shipments at different times. The Mako Pin and Shark Hat are actively being manufactured, with an expected completion date by the end of this month, then they will be shipped to us to distribute.

Aug 20, 2026 - Packages of Beef Bougiewan are going out this week! We’re making split shipments of ramen and merch, so anyone who ordered both ramen and merch will be getting them in separate shipments at different times. Specifics for the bowl manufacturing are still being worked out with our suppliers, and we’re doing our best to make sure we can get it out to everyone without compromising on quality.

Jul 21, 2026 - Coq Au Blanc has finished blending and sacheting, and is now awaiting pickup! Once it gets to our facility, it'll be packaged and shipped off! We estimate a delivery next week, after which we'll begin packaging it and preparing fulfillment!
Apr 16, 2026 - All ingredients have been received, and production is being scheduled in the queue for blending. We expect it to complete in May!
Dec 31, 2025 - Fulfillment is delayed due to unexpected delays with our blender.

Jul 21, 2026 - The first batch of Hope Soda and Hopium Soda have finished production! They are now being put onto a pallet to ship to our facility, where then we'll have the first batch of orders being shipped out! We're working with the manufacturer to get the remaining batches produced as quickly as possible as their schedule allows.

Aug 18, 2026 - We have the Dokiboards, Chopsticks and some portion of the Dokiblades at our HQ. We’re currently sending out orders as we get more blades delivered! However, bento boxes have been delayed while we negotiate a new MOQ. Split shipments have been started!

Apr 16, 2026 - The first production run had quality issues that didn't meet our standard, and we weren't willing to put something subpar in your hands. The discovery landed right before Chinese New Year, which put our manufacturer's team out for the holiday and slowed the response. They're back now, and the corrected batch is in production. We’re producing a smaller batch to begin with in order to do inspections and ensure that the quality is to our standards. Orders will be shipped out as our manufacturer completes these batches and ships them over to us!
Feb 3, 2026 - Due to quality concerns and overlapping Chinese New Year re-production delays, Dokibird (Wave 1) orders will now ship on a rolling basis throughout March and possibly April.

Our new ETA is August, 2026, as ingredients finish arriving. Some flavors will be able to be blended first, as they have all their ingredients, and the remainder will be blended as their ingredients arrive! Then, they'll be shipped to our facility for final packaging with our noodles, and shipped out to you, according to the order dates!

The items are now in transit to our facility, depending on where it was made and how it was shipped, this may take anywhere from 7 to 30 days.

The items have arrived and we are now inspecting each item and packing them in their separate packaging. If this bubble is yellow, we have encountered an issue and may require re-production. If there are any delays we'll be sure to email you!
Final Checks
Orders have now begun shipping to customers! Domestic VIP customers are prioritized followed by chronological order creation date, your order may ship sooner or later than others.
