The prestigious French Onion Soup, known all throughout the world, faced off against the lesser known, but much beloved fan favorite Radiant Yuzu Crab Riêu.
In a blink of an eye, the intensity of their clash shook the foundations of the bracket, the raw power and belief of their adherents trading blows and the lead. On Day 1 alone, the lead flipped seven times, before the pedigree of French Onion Soup showed its might, wresting the lead away from the faltering Crab Riêu and holding it for eight grueling hours.

As the Crab faithful woke up and saw the destruction that had been wrought, they pooled together and unleashed the power of their boost cards. Crab came roaring back, smashing through the deficit, barely clawing ahead by a SINGLE vote.
But French Onion Soup weathered the storm. Battered, but still standing, and it hasn't drawn a single boost card... yet. What powers still remain up its sleeve?

Bracket 2: Vegan Japanese Curry vs Shrimp Panang Curry

The Battle of the Curries erupted the moment the gates opened. Challenger Shrimp Panang Curry slammed into the veteran incumbent Vegan Japanese Curry, with the lead trading no less than ten times in the opening hours. And yet, as the hours wore on, Japanese Curry’s experience began to emerge, and steadied itself against the onslaught, pressing forward and driving Panang Curry back step by relentless step.

Bleeding but not out of the fight, Panang Curry holds on, its faltering strength bolstered by the timely injection of boost cards, but countered by the Japanese Curry faction’s own boost card draws. Japanese Curry's momentum shows no sign of breaking, and the gap continues to widen.
 

Bracket 3: Vegan Spicy Sesame Tantanmen vs Coconut Curry Laksa

Tantanmen stormed into the bracket with the force of a tidal wave, its fierce reputation rallying adherents from the very first vote. Within the first hour, the single largest boost card surge in the entire tournament thundered onto the field, pressing Tantanmen’s already decisive lead into a gap that seems nigh insurmountable.

Will Coconut Curry Laksa be able to rally to overcome Tantanmen, or will it fall down to the lower bracket on its first round?
 

Bracket 4: Hearty Beef "Bo Kho" vs Vegan Tomato Basil Bisque

A fierce yet even fight at the start, these two flavors fought in a solid, even battle. Vegan Tomato Basil Bisque surged ahead briefly with the help of boost cards, yet, the crowd’s cheers stood behind Bo Kho, empowering it with the might to overcome the boosts.

Bo Kho pushed ahead, step by step, and the lead cracked open and kept widening, powered by a relentless wave of popular votes for this incumbent flavor.

Tomato Basil Bisque has answered the only way it can, doubling Bo Kho's boost card power, pouring reinforcements into the breach... and still, it wasn’t enough.

The popular vote says Bo Kho, and yet, the boost cards keep coming in for Bisque.
