The Roster
Hearty Beef "Bo Kho
Inspired by the underrated beef stew from Vietnam, our version is a modern, multicultural take on the dish that delivers a rich, aromatic broth packed with the flavors of deliciously stewed beef, onions, carrots, tomatoes, and garlic, paired with vibrant notes of lemongrass, spices, ginger, and more. Hearty and comforting, this slightly spicy broth is packed with a bold flavor that refuses to be forgotten, bringing the spirit of Vietnamese cuisine to your bowl while carving out its own unique identity in the world of ramen.
Radiant Yuzu Crab Riêu
Featuring an umami-rich broth made from sweet, succulent crab, our signature Radiant Yuzu Crab Riêu is an innovative twist on the traditional Vietnamese Bún Riêu. Roasted onions, tomatoes, and shrimp create a complex base, while an infusion of spicy seasonings deepens the broth's luxurious texture. A carefully crafted blend of aroma oils, swelling with notes of caramelized onion, scallion, and citrus, brightens the layers of sensation, filling your mouth with indulgent decadence.
Vegan Japanese Curry
Brimming with warm, comfy flavors, this ramen exudes an unmatched complexity through the use of over 15 different spices. From Cumin to Cardamom, from Fenugreek to Cloves and much more, each spice has been carefully selected of the highest quality, expertly blended together for a curry that seems to coax new flavors and expressions from every bite. Savory, approachable, and comforting, these spices synergize with the nutritional density Vite Ramen is well known for to create a flavor that will warm your heart as much as it does your body, leaving you content and satisfied long after you've had the last bite.
Shrimp Panang Curry
A rich Thai-inspired curry built on a dense coconut base with makrut lime leaf woven throughout, our Shrimp Panang Curry captures the sweeter, thicker side of Thai curry tradition. Succulent shrimp and seafood base provides a rich, fresh complex umami that complements the coconut richness, while layers of lemongrass and galangal add an aromatic warmth that lingers well past the last spoonful. Indulgent and full-bodied, this is a curry broth that balances its sweetness with a depth of savory complexity.
Vegan Spicy Sesame Tantanmen
Born from the collision of Sichuan and Japanese ramen traditions, our Tantanmen delivers a creamy, spicy sesame broth that builds both its "Ma," the Sichuan numbing, and the "La", heat, in a gradual, delicious way that makes it hard to stop eating. Ground sesame forms the rich, velvety base, layered with chili oil and a hearty vegan umami broth that's bold, warming, and deeply satisfying.
Coconut Curry Laksa
A Southeast Asian coconut curry noodle soup built on a dense, full ensemble of coconut milk, lemongrass, galangal, fermented shrimp paste, and dried chili, our Laksa is an aromatic powerhouse that refuses to be tamed. Rich, fragrant, and funky, our Laksa is layered with a powerful rich umami where every spoonful reveals a different layer of the bold, complex flavor blend.
Vegan Tomato Basil Bisque
Comforting and familiar, our Tomato Basil Bisque captures the simple harmony of stewed tomatoes and fresh basil in an approachable, yet comforting soup. The natural sweetness of the tomato is balanced by the flavors of a broth that seems to be stewing for hours, highlighted by herbal brightness of basil. Comforting without pretension, this is a broth that proves the simplest combinations are often the ones you reach for most.
Beefy French Onion Soup
Inspired by the French bistro classic, our French Onion Soup broth is built on the patient, slow caramelization of onions to develop the beloved deep, golden sweetness that can only come from time and attention. A savory beef broth envelopes the warmth of the onions, while thyme and other herbs ties together this new take on an old classic. Rich, warm, and deeply savory with a sweetness that never overstays its welcome, this is a fusion comfort food earned the slow way.

Round Recaps
Round 1
Bracket 1: Radiant Yuzu Crab Riêu vs Beefy French Onion Soup
Last time, on Vite Vault Vote:
A single vote had separated these two flavors, and neither side could break away. But after the update email was sent out, the Crab people banded together with newfound strength, rallying to push Crab ahead into a comfortable lead with votes and boosts alike. Yet, French Onion Soup held its boost cards in reserve, biding its time, waiting for the perfect moment to strike.
Then, at the eleventh hour, when Crab became complacent with its lead, French Onion's faction unleashed a frenzy of boost cards in a surge that tore through Crab Riêu in a surprise attack.
Crab stumbled, and fell, and French Onion Soup stood triumphant, ahead by two votes as the final minutes ticked down...
And yet, the Crab faithful saw it happen. They watched, and perhaps anticipated the last minute ambush, and scrambled--
2 votes came in.
Then 2 french onion soup votes, tying the match.
One minute to go.
And 2 more again...
And 2 more again...
And with a stunning final back and forth, Crab claws back the desperate vote clawing back the victory with just FOUR votes!
Radiant Yuzu Crab Riêu wins, 210 to French Onion’s 206. French Onion Soup falls to the lower bracket.
But if this week’s new secret rule was there, perhaps French Onion might’ve been able to clutch the victory... Find out the new secret rule on the voting page!
Bracket 2: Vegan Japanese Curry vs Shrimp Panang Curry
Japanese Curry walked into this fight, a veteran returning flavor, yet quiet and unassuming. Panang Curry threw boost cards into the fight, trying to claw back ground that Japanese Curry's popular vote kept swallowing, but to no avail. The gap widened hour after hour, relentless and mechanical, as Japanese Curry ground Panang down step by unforgiving step.
Japanese Curry only needed a single boost card for its victory. Everything else was popular support, an avalanche of believers who showed up for the flavor they’d loved, and fought with quiet efficiency to a solid first round victory in the battle of curry.
Vegan Japanese Curry wins, 177 to Shrimp Curry’s 161. Shrimp Panang Curry falls to the lower bracket.
Bracket 3: Vegan Spicy Sesame Tantanmen vs Coconut Curry Laksa
Tantanmen's faction detonated the largest boost card war chest in the tournament's history to open the battle... and never paused its ferocious momentum. Against this onslaught, Coconut Curry Laksa faltered, and each time it seemed like the tide would subside, Tantanmen’s backers roared back onto the field with even more crushing boost cards.
Even on the last day of round 1, with the most votes out of every bracket and the most commanding lead, Tantanmen’s followers dropped yet another boost, putting Coconut Curry Laksa out of its misery.
Vegan Spicy Sesame Tantanmen wins, 268 to Laksa’s 131. Coconut Curry Laksa falls to the lower bracket.
Bracket 4: Hearty Beef "Bo Kho" vs Vegan Tomato Basil Bisque
Bisque drew first blood with an early boost card surge that seized the lead and dared Bo Kho to answer. Yet, Bo Kho was a veteran, having won its own battle of the Beef long ago to gain the right to become a new flavor. None of the newcomer’s boosts were powerful enough to overcome that legacy, and Bo Kho effortlessly crashed through Bisque’s defenses, despite Bisque deploying 400% more boost cards than Bo Kho.
The highest popular vote in the tournament, Bo Kho showed exactly why it had won the Battle of the Beef, and stood triumphant.
Hearty Beef "Bo Kho" wins, 203 to Tomato Bisque’s 154. Vegan Tomato Basil Bisque falls to the lower bracket.
Round 2
Upper Bracket: Vegan Spicy Sesame Tantanmen vs Hearty Beef "Bo Kho"
These two flavors, both with intensely loyal fans, hurled their votes about in a fierce battle that changed who was on top more than a dozen times over the week. Through every hour of it, neither Tantanmen nor Bo Kho could tear a single step of daylight free of the other.
At least, in the popular vote.
The totals, however, have never shown them level for a single minute. Tantanmen's faction, the same war chest that detonated the largest pile of boost cards this tournament has ever seen in the first round, has kept that lead hostage. Despite Bo Kho carrying the highest popular vote in the whole tournament from last round, its fortunes seem to have shifted, and even its popular vote was neck and neck with Tantanmen... being EXACTLY the same as of the time of writing.
With another boost card activated today, Tantanmen holds its lead, and is further protected by a chance at OVERTIME if Bo Kho manages to overcome it!
Will Bo Kho adherents be able to trigger their own overtime with boost cards? Or will Bo Kho fall to the lower bracket, and be up for elimination?
Upper Bracket: Radiant Yuzu Crab Riêu vs Vegan Japanese Curry
The crab crowd speaks, and spoke in a landslide of popular votes, with over sixty percent more popular votes than Vegan Japanese Curry.
And yet, just like Bo Kho, it is losing.
Over the weekend, Vegan Japanese Curry roared back into the lead, unleashing a furious set of boost cards that propelled it instantly into the lead.
Will crab be able to trigger overtime and attempt to regain the lead?
Will Japanese Curry respond in kind, and fight in an overtime battle?
Last Life Lower Bracket: Beefy French Onion Soup vs Vegan Tomato Basil Bisque
Since the beginning, beefy french onion soup has retained a strong lead, and has climbed ever since. Will Vegan Tomato Basil Bisque be able to mount a comeback with boost cards and overtime?
Last Life Lower Bracket: Shrimp Panang Curry vs Coconut Curry Laksa
The battle of the curries ignited again, and stayed neck and neck, exchanging blows and leads again and again over the week. However, as the weekend arrived, Coconut Curry Laksa pulled ahead, and never stopped.
If this continues, Shrimp Panang Curry will be eliminated!
This is your last chance to vote, and to get boost cards for your favorite flavors to go into overtime!

Secret Rules
SECRET RULE #1: OVERTIME
Starting in Week 2, when true eliminations begin, the losing flavor's fanbase can trigger overtime to keep fighting.
Overtime eligibility begins Monday, 12:00 AM PST, when the round officially closes. Any flavor currently trailing in votes may trigger overtime.
Overtime activates when the trailing flavor's fanbase purchases the threshold amount in new boost cards within the overtime window.
When overtime is triggered for a flavor, ONLY that flavor may accumulate new votes (free votes and boosts). The leading flavor is frozen and cannot receive any new votes during this window.
The leading flavor's fanbase may trigger their own overtime by purchasing boost cards for their flavor, meeting the same threshold. Once both flavors have triggered overtime, both may accumulate votes again.
Overtime tiers and durations:
OT 1: $100 in new boosts, 24-hour window
OT 2: $200 in new boosts, 12-hour window
OT 3: $400 in new boosts, 6-hour window
OT 4: $800 in new boosts, 3-hour window
OT 5: $1,600 in new boosts, 2-hour window
OT 6: $3,200 in new boosts, 1-hour window
OT 7+: Cost continues doubling ($6,400, $12,800, $25,600...), 1-hour window each. There is no cap. As long as the threshold is met within the window, overtime continues. Each threshold must be met within its window or the flavor is eliminated. There is no grace period.
All boost cards purchased during overtime are real gift cards. The full value is redeemable as store credit regardless of the outcome.
The tournament schedule WILL be delayed until all OTs finish running, as the possibility for overtime boosting can potentially change the structure of the bracket.
There is no overtime during Week 1. All Week 1 losses drop to losers bracket, not elimination.
SECRET RULE #2: BRACKET RESET VOTE
The community will vote on whether the grand final includes a bracket reset. One account, one vote. Free. No boost cards apply to this vote.
If the community votes YES: if the losers bracket champion defeats the winners bracket champion in the grand final, a second final will be held, since the winners bracket champion has not yet lost twice.
If the community votes NO: the grand final is a single match. Whoever wins, wins. The losers bracket champion can take the title in one shot.
