Vite Noodles

High protein, satisfyingly thick, bouncy Asian American noodles with real bite that hold up in a wok. These noods don't go soft and soggy even when forgotten on the stove, because the 23g of protein in the quinoa-wheat flour blend gives them a structure that holds its chew and texture even if your timing's not perfect. The 6g of fiber, as much as 2 cups of broccoli, lets them cook in only 5 minutes for fast, easy meals, with the pot rinsing clean after.

Toss with soy sauce and chili crisp, stir-fry with whatever's in the fridge, drop in soup, throw an egg on top, or anything your heart desires. Simple portioning: one brick, one serving.

Made in the USA with no venture capital, by a former Michelin-star cook who built his own factory because nobody else would make the noodle the way he wanted.

Dehydrated noodles are fragile and some edge breakage may occur during shipping. Every noodle is still whole and cooks perfectly fine.

What about the Vite Ramen singles?

Singles aren't going away! We'll keep making them, just in smaller batches while we ramp up the new modular system. The new system saves you money (like, a lot), but we know change can be hard. Take your time.

Why the new packaging?

We found a way to give you the same meal for 20-33% less by switching to bulk containers. Think of it like buying the family size versus individual bags—same great ramen, way better value. I want [Discontinued Flavor]. Will it ever come back?

Maybe! The new system actually makes it easier to bring back old favorites. If enough people ask for a specific flavor, we can make it happen as a Flavor Base. Shoot us an email, we keep a wish list!

Can I customize/mix flavors?

Absolutely, in fact we encourage it! Mix any base with any oil. Get weird with it. Mix them ALL together if that's to your liking. Your Modular Kitchen, your rules!

How are you lowering prices when everyone else is raising them?

Instead of raising prices, we got creative. The modular system uses way less packaging, and creates tons of operational efficiencies(less work to be done, faster fulfillment speed!), and we’re passing on those savings all to you! Can this be made in the microwave?

Yup! Put the Naked Noods or Vite Ramen in 2 cups of water, microwave for 3 minutes, stir it around, and microwave for another 3 minutes! You may need more or less time depending on your microwave power!

Can I subscribe, and how do subscriptions work?

Yes, you can subscribe! For any subscriptions on v3.1, simply subscribe to what you want, and we’ll change it over on the backend for you! If you have an existing subscription of that flavor, then we’ll replace that for you! Please note that subscriptions are a 2 month MINIMUM. If you want to make a single order, then please use the regular order!

How many meals do I get from the bulk packs?

Each flavor base and oil bottle contains 12 servings, perfectly matched to 12-packs of Naked Noods. So the Voyage set (1-1-1) = 12 meals, Vibrance (2-2-2) = 24 meals, and Velocity (4-4-4) = 48 meals. Easy math!

Are these the same as the Vite singles?

Exactly the same nutrition and taste! We literally just took what's inside the packets and put it in bulk containers. Same noodles, same flavors, same Noodtrients, just way less packaging to pay for.

Is this like bone broth? Soylent? Meal replacement drinks?

It can be if you want it to be! Vite Flavor Base is extremely flexible, and can be used as a sipping broth, sauce, seasoning, or whatever creative thing you come up with! Vite Flavor Base by itself isn’t a full meal replacement-- that’s what the full set, or Vite Ramen is for!
