Real chicken broth makes our Roasted Soy Sauce Chicken v3.2 a comforting bowl of chicken ramen that hits from the first sip. Soy sauce emphasizes the chicken’s umami, allowing it to come through richer and punchier, with garlic, onion, ginger and celery seed underneath for a bowl that wraps around you like a warm hug. Our new Umami Amp system builds on that richer chicken broth, while the soy sauce aroma oil adds a familiar savory scent as you stir it in.

Every bowl is a complete meal with nearly twice the noodles of other ramen, with:

Made with real pork, our Garlic Pork Tonkotsu v3.2 brings all the richness of a long-simmered tonkotsu broth to your bowl. Savory, delicious pork leads, complemented with mouthwatering garlic and chicken to balance the broth, and finished with a rich caramelized garlic aroma oil. No other instant ramen has the amount of real collagen and gelatin that we put in our broths, and no other instant ramen can hold up to the flavor we develop with our Michelin Star trained skills. Why Pre-Order?

We have our materials split and waiting right now, as we’re not sure how much to allocate where. This is a brand new launch of a brand new thing, so we’re waiting for initial sales before making a decision. This means estimated wait time can be anywhere from 6-8 weeks, though we’ll try to make it shorter. V3.1 regular ramen packets will still exist, but hopefully at a lower capacity so that we can continue to absorb tariff costs.

What We Use In Our Noodles And Why:

  • Wheat

    Wheat's gluten gives ramen its chew and bounce. Two proteins in gluten form a network that reacts with kansui to create that firm, springy texture that no substitute flour can replicate! We roll our dough slowly through steel rollers to align the proteins properly, which is harder, but makes better noodles.

  • Quinoa

    Quinoa is one of the few plants with all 9 essential amino acids, including the lysine that wheat lacks. Quinoa blends seamlessly without grittiness. We source a neutral Canadian varietal, to make the flavor as close to regular noodles as possible!

  • Corn Fiber

    6g prebiotic soluble corn fiber feeds beneficial gut bacteria! Unlike inulin or guar gum, corn fiber delivers prebiotic benefits without gas, bloating, or digestive discomfort. It also hydrates faster than protein alone, cutting cook time.

  • Kansui

    Kansui is a special mineral mix that makes ramen taste and feel like ramen. It makes the noodles firm and bouncy instead of soft and mushy, turns them that classic yellow color naturally, and keeps them from falling apart in hot soup!
