HOW THE SMALL BATCH SYSTEM PREORDERS WORK

Every single order is sorted internally into a “batch,” which are assigned via the date of order or the quantity limit of that batch.

With that batch, you’re then able to see exactly what’s happening, what we’re waiting on, and the estimated dates of ingredient arrival, blending, sacheting, and final packaging before fulfillment.

If you have multiple orders across multiple batches, you’ll also now be able to easily see where they are, and the estimated time of completion!

Ramen as complex as ours, with all the specialty nutrition and real dehydrated ingredients in it makes it hugely important for us to order the right amount. Ordering ahead on upcoming batches means that you’ll be sure to receive that batch, and help us know how much to order!

We always strive to have extra in batches, but that may not always work out, especially in the case of specialty ingredients.

P.S. Please note that this system applies to our ramen, and not merch or other non-ramen products.

Batch 1 ramen fulfillment is almost complete.

Orders will continue to ship as we get them, but all Finishing Oils AND Flavor Bases have arrived and are ready to send.

All items with the exception of Coq Au Blanc are picked up and ready to begin shipping!

Last parts of Batch 2 are being finalized at the production facility with a slight unexpected delay on Coq Au Blanc and Yuzu Shoyu. Will be headed to HQ soon for final packing and shipping!

Batch 2 is undergoing final quality checks, with fulfillment starting in the following week!

Flour: En route late January

Powders: 89% Delivered. Remaining 11% delivered February, then documentation and QC, and scheduled for blending, sacheting, and delivery to our facility for final packaging.

Finishing Oils: 85% Delivered. Remaining 15% delivered February, then documentation and QC, and scheduled for blending, sacheting, and delivery to our facility for final packaging.

Final delivery is expected between March and April, depending on blending and sacheting speeds and QC.
