23 Jul 2026 | Dokibird Production Update

Thank you for your patience so far. Production on the Dokibird items has taken longer than we hoped due to the difficulty of the construction. Previously, we had sent an email discussing some of the defects and problems faced by the Dokiblade, and we’re happy to say that we have gotten them resolved, and that they’re being produced and shipped to us now!

Some blades have been received, and we have also received the full shipment of the Dokiboard and the chopsticks. We will begin shipping out orders as soon as possible, as additional blades arrive.

However, one of the issues we’re still facing was a surprise increase in minimum order quantity by the bento box supplier. We are finding a potential new supplier and negotiating the order quantity, as we feel this was not what we had signed up for.

We have decided that it’s best to split shipments while awaiting the resolution, at no cost to you. Any orders containing the bento box will have the remaining items shipped first, and then the bento box separately when we come to agree on proper terms.

We will be including a pair of extra chopsticks in bundles as well, free of charge, for everyone who has been waiting. Domestic USA orders will be shipping out first, as we resolve the international shipping issues.

We greatly appreciate your kindness and patience so far, and can’t wait to see everyone get their merch!
