Midnight Spark
For the mind that sparks with ideas after midnight. A unique blend of aged Pu-erh tea, green Ethiopian Coffee beans, and a dash of Kerala Cocoa, this delicious cup pairs the sweet, earthy tones of Pu-erh tea with the nutty smoothness of green coffee, and rounds out the flavor with just a hint of cocoa. This flavor pairs beautifully with the similarly earthy tones of Vegan White Miso, either enjoyed on the side, or for the more adventurous, used to make the noodles and broth itself.

Orchard Dewdrop
A fruity, floral blend that whisks you away to an orchard during magic hour, this green tea is infused with the essence of lychee and backed with the subtle complexity of tamarind. A shorter steeping time allows for the delicate flavor of the lychee to shine through, while a longer steeping time brings out the robustness of the green tea, allowing you to play with different expressions of the flavor. Pair with Garlic Pork Tonkotsu to unlock a symphony of aromas, with the tamarind and lychee cutting through the strong tonkotsu flavors to bring a harmonic balance to your tastebuds.
