Circuit Breaker Gyuto: First and foremost this is an amazing knife! I could not be happier. I regularly purchase meat in bulk and just by using this knife, it has cut my prep time in half with how easy it slices through meats. Definitely recommend for anyone to purchase especially if you are looking for a knife specifically to do meat prep or is needing precision. If its style you are looking for, then this knife takes it with having a beautiful handle with black and red with a splash of teal. The handle fits comfortably while in use and the blade itself is amazing with its unique pattern that anyone would love.
I have the original nyakiri knife and I use it every single day. I absolutely love it! I'm definitely going to add this one to the collection. I've not had to sharpen it, but every now and then I give it a nice leather strop to keep the edge honed.
Very nice and sharp knife that's been especially great to use for herbs and veggies. It's also fun to show it off and see others notice the heart pattern when they look closer at it. Wonderful function with a very cute form
