Even the sharpest and hardest of blades will eventually dull with use. During the heat of the moment, when smoke and flame abound, it's often not possible to take the time to sharpen the blade with the care it deserves.

This honing rod is hardened to 71HRC, harder than any knife and able to hone a worn knife to a workable edge. The slightly magnetized, ribbed design catches potential hanging burrs and helps remove them and pull the edge into shape, allowing the user to return to cutting efficiently with their blade.

The handle is made with a beautiful mix of materials, hand finished for a stunning aesthetic. Crimson translucent resin is paired with shadowy shredded carbon fiber and golden brass for a piece that's both functional and beautiful in your kitchen.
