This hand finished Japanese bunka style knife features a premium 67-layer VG10 Acid Etched Blackened Damascus steel vacuum hardened to 61HRC for an incredibly long lasting knife edge. Each full tang knife is built with shredded carbon fiber scales containing golden foil, with Dokibird's signature etched into the blade and her oshi mark in the butt plate. The red and teal mosaic rivet pins reflect her distinctive heterochromia when she’s locked in, while the ironsights help with... sharpshooting.
The Dokiboard
A hand finished premium maple and walnut cutting board created in collaboration with Dokibird, made to look like the cutest chonky dragoon, and just as thick as a chonky dragoon too! Natural wood construction offers microbial resistant properties when taken care of, and won't dull knife edges like bamboo or glass surfaces.

Why pre-order?
Each piece is made to order with the same attention to detail that defines everything about this collaboration. Pre-ordering means you're getting something made specifically for this collaboration, not a generic item with a logo slapped on.
When will orders be sent out?
Orders will ship starting January 2026. We'll send production progress updates via email so you can follow along as your items are being crafted.
Why the price?
Premium materials cost premium prices. The Dokiblade uses 67-layer Damascus steel with VG10 core, the Dokiboard is solid maple/walnut hardwood, and everything is built to last. You're paying for authentic quality, not marketing markup.
Why doesn't the knife ship to my country?
International shipping for kitchen knives involves complex import regulations that vary by country. We're working to expand shipping options, but currently can only ship to locations where we've confirmed compliance with local knife import laws.
Why is shipping expensive?
These are heavy, premium items that require secure packaging. The knife + board bundle weighs nearly 4 pounds, and the complete collection is almost 5 pounds. We use protective packaging to ensure your Dokibird items arrive safely.
