Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin)

What we use: Riboflavin⁹

What it does:

  • Powers mitochondria, the powerhouse of the cell⁹
  • Helps turn on other B vitamins⁹
  • Keeps your skin and eyes healthy⁹
  • Helps make red blood cells⁹

When you don't get enough:

  • Cracks show up at the corners of your mouth⁹
  • Your tongue turns bright magenta (yes, really!)⁹
  • Skin around your nose gets oily but also flaky⁹
  • Bright lights hurt your eyes⁹
  • Feel tired even after a full night's sleep⁹

Why this form: Riboflavin already works well! It's the standard form, so there's no need to make this one fancy.⁹
