Welcome to Vite Kitchens v3.1

Welcome to Vite Kitchens v3.1

Tim here. I’m proud, scared, proud, nervous, excited, and a thousand other chaotic emotions.

We’ve been more than ramen for a while now.

But it can feel all over the place, sometimes. People get confused-- why is a ramen company making kitchen knives? What’s with Nanoboost? What goes on behind the doors at Vite?

Recently, we’ve been faced with all kinds of problems caused by the tariffs. As of today, some of it has eased some, but still sits at a pretty high rate. It’s only meant for 90 days, after which, we don’t know what will happen either.

When we were first hit by the tariffs, many of you kind souls took a stand, and donated to help us, giving us the breathing room we needed to keep operating, bringing in the necessary packaging, specialty materials, and other things to keep things going.

But would we be Vite if we sat there and just hoped for everything to work itself out?

No. A thousand times, no.

You gave us the space we needed. So we got to work.

v3.1 was originally meant to be “just” an upgrade on the base Noodtrients, and updates on the flavors to make them even better than before.

But with the state of the world as it is, with the uncertainty and the problems everyone is facing, we wanted to do more. We wanted to tie everything together, and make Vite into what we’ve wanted to do the whole time. We’ve been very, very hard at work.

Introducing the Vite Kitchens System* (no this isn’t VKS yes i know they have the same acronyms for now)

5 Levels.

4 Elements.

3 Cultivations.

2 Depths.

1 System.

The (admittedly more complex) thesis statement:

An adaptable nutritional safety net designed to make eating healthier easier and safer for brains that work differently. We make healthy adaptable to your lifestyle, instead of asking you to completely change your life to be healthy. With delicious, flexible Elements that can be as simple as boiling water when you’re exhausted, or as exciting as a chef’s plate when you want fun and creativity, you can now easily reclaim control of your health to fuel your passions and savor your beautifully chaotic life on your terms.

And also... it’s cheaper than Vite Ramen.

Yeah, you heard that right. Despite everything, we found ways to make this CHEAPER than Vite Ramen currently is, DESPITE everything going on. Read on to find out exactly how that’s going to work!

Alright. Whew. So what’s all that really mean? Especially all the numbers?

Admittedly, these are mostly designed as internal frameworks when we’re working on things, but for the sake of transparency, y’all get to see it.

5 Levels refers to the 5 Comfort Levels:

  1. Vital Simplicity

  2. Versatile Combinations

  3. Vibrant Enhancements

  4. Variable Nutrition

  5. Virtuoso Beginnings

This isn't about forcing you into a rigid meal prep routine that falls apart by Wednesday because you’re sick of eating the same thing every day, or forcing you into a system that's got proprietary things that lock you in to just one system. Hell, even I’m not going to be eating ramen for every meal. It's about building a flexible system that adapts to your brain, your energy levels, your life.

Without getting too deep into it(we can do that later), it goes from “I’m just going to boil water to make Vite Ramen” to “I’m going to mix and match Vite Ramen Bases to come up with my own unique flavor” to “I’m going to make a fine dining dish worthy of Michelin Star restaurants with fresh ingredients and still be nutritionally complete.”

Next, the 4 Elements.

  1. Vite Naked Noods - Our versatile, beloved noodle, with a protein and fiber packed base

  2. Vite Noodtrient Essence - The concentrated heart of flavor and complete nutrition. This powder can be used as a ramen broth, seasoning, sauce, or anything your heart desires.

  3. Vite Aroma Accent - Potent drops of sensory-awakening aroma, ready to enhance any dish with mouthwatering aromas of caramelized garlic, yuzu, chili, and much more.

  4. Vite Nanoboost - The ultimate freedom in flexible nutrition. Easily add 22+ vitamins and minerals to anything you eat or drink, or enjoy Vitality blends with fiber and adaptogens, featuring morning boost and evening chill versions that make healthy feel like a tasty little treat.

These will be modified versions of products we offer already, consolidated and modified to work better together. Importantly, these will now all be elements that can be purchased together and separately, so you can customize your flavors and nutrition to your own needs!

3 Cultivations.

  • Voyage: The initial journey of discovery, seeking solutions, and making a conscious choice for better well-being.

  • Vibrance: The state of being full of life, energy, and dynamic creativity experienced by those beginning to learn how to make their world truly theirs. Their world becomes more vivid.

  • Vitality: The sustained state of well-being, strength, and mental clarity. They’ve learned how to take care of themselves and enjoy life, no matter the situation.

...

Alright so the name is based on the cultivation genre just as you might think and it’s mostly an internal thing, but the long and short of it is having a good understanding of your condition, and how well you can manage different stresses coming your way. Me not being dead from all the stress and work I do and having never landed myself in the hospital for health problems despite all of this(unlike most people under this much pressure for nearly a decade), means that I’ve gotten increasing requests of “how are you doing this,” so... I’ll be creating content and guides on how I do things to mitigate the effects of stress and pressure.

2 Depths: Simple Doors, Complex Rooms

What’s the point of all of this creativity if there’s no information to guide you? We’re going to be filming, writing, and doing all kinds of things, putting a focus back on education, yet entertaining content so you can figure out the best ways to use the Vite Kitchens System. But our brains all process information differently-- some of us dive DEEP into one topic, and others bounce between ideas, with a wide net of understanding, while still others spiral around, exploring in layers.

Why force everyone through the same boring information tunnel?

We want to build learning and understanding in 2 depths: Simple Doors that give you the basics fast, with Complex Rooms behind them holding all the rich details. And inside each Complex Room? More Simple Doors to other interesting spaces.

You control the journey, no matter what style you prefer.

1 system.

Well, this ones pretty self explanatory, right? The Vite Kitchens System.

But wait, Tim, you might ask, does that mean the regular Vite Ramen packets are going away?

Nope! Funnily enough, they’re part of the 2 Depths concept-- it’s much easier for someone to understand the system through the context of ramen. Those will still be being made, but we want to shift focus onto the Vite Kitchens System instead, because it allows everyone to be a lot more flexible with how they use each ingredient, allows us to make creative content easier through cooking, and also, like I said... makes it CHEAPER for everyone.

Wait, what?

I won’t go TOO deep into logistics because this is very long already, but in short-- Vite Kitchens System bundles will be sold in larger bulk packs, equivalent of roughly 12 packets of ramen each. A lot of our costs come from how the packaging works, and the labor involved with packaging.

Packaging, too, is one of the materials that comes primarily from China, and gets affected by tariffs the most(though, not everything, since other materials like sichuan peppercorn and chili oil also come from there).

Through bulk consolidation, this also affects our fulfillment speeds and complexity, simplifying to allow for greater efficiency too, meaning some savings there, too!

And with those savings, are we going to just keep those profits to ourselves?

Nah. All of you get those savings instead for v3.1!

But Tim, you might ask, why exactly is this being called v3.1? What changes are happening to the ramen itself?

...

Well... find out next time, and keep an eye out for the next email, because this has already gotten REALLY long!

Oh, and a heads up for Subscribers and Tier 4+ Vite Club members-- You’ll get a special email soon inviting you to some very exclusive behind the scenes, where you’ll be not only able to save even more, but will have the power to help shape the future of Vite Ramen and Vite Kitchens through voting!

If you’re not a subscriber... well, you still got a day or two :^)

Remember to be kind, and savor life’s little victories

Hi Tim,
You did ask what was on my mind with Vite Ramen recently: what’s up with Nanoboost? For some reason the page to access the Nanoboost products doesn’t seem to be functional, like the brand up until now seems to be swept under the rug. I was one of the 68 folks who got the Complete Nanoboost Kickstarter Set, and I was and still am a fan of the Base products. I was looking to get some more but it doesn’t seem to be available for purchase whatsoever. What gives? Hoping to hear back soon, I do enjoy this lineup.
