Shin Ramen... but better!

Ingredients: 

  • 1 tbsp Gochugaru
  • 3-4 cups water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Mushroom powder
  • 1 heaping tsp White Miso 
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 disk Naked Noods


(Toppings)

  • Spam 
  • 1 Egg


Instructions:

Mix your salt, sugar, garlic powder, mushroom powder, white miso, gochugaru, soy sauce, and a bit of water.


Keep the heat to a simmer/low boil and add your Naked Nood and cook for 3 mins.


After 3 mins, add your seasoning paste. Mix well and cook for another 3mins. Then add your desired topping to your ramen -  I am using spam and an egg. Add the spam to your pot and bring your soup back to a boil. Crack and drop your egg right into the middle of your noodle soup, close the lid, cut the heat, and remove your pot from the burner. Keep the lid close for 1-2 mins depending on how well you want your egg to be done.


Remove the lid and enjoy!
