Many people said it had a “classic and pure beef broth flavor” and had a “delicious beef flavor, very close to a bowl of pho,” while being “light and aromatic,” with a “great smell” and “simple and soothing” flavor. However, detractors did flip this around to say that it was “a little bland” and “the flavor seemed too light” or “too weak”. Many also said that the aroma was “too pungent” and “the smell turned me off”. The flavor being “not salty enough” was a big complaint as well, with some saying it wasn’t “very pho-tasting”.


Hearty Beef Bo Kho:

This flavor was described as “a hearty beef flavor” with “lip smacking delicious” and was “hearty and complex and has a nice spice to it.” The “warming spices” and aromatics blend was frequently mentioned as “fire” and the “subtle complexity” and “use of carrot in the mix along with the beef” contributed to a feeling of “full and intense flavor”. But many also said that it “Could use less salt,” while conversely, others said that it could “use a little more salt,” and others saying they didn’t care for the “full flavor profile,” and there was “too many flavors in it”.
