What've we been up to?

What've we been up to?

A lot. Y’know the expression, when it rains, it pours?

It’s a nice saying.

But for us, it’s more like... what started as a few little drops of needed rain during a drought somehow turned into a torrential flood of stuff rushing in all at once.

It’s nice because, on one hand, a ton of stuff is going out, and we love seeing all the posts of everyone getting things!

...On the other, there is a lot of organization and stuff to do.

From IRyS cans to Merryweather’s Beef Bougie-wan to Hazumi’s Coq Au Blanc to Dokiblades and Dokiboards to VMK to Mako’s Chomp Chomp Lime to international fulfillment prep and more--

We need to organize them in the warehouse, shuffle them in and out of positions as we fulfill this set of stuff and that set of stuff, test pack orders to see what box sizes fit what orders, order new boxes that fit certain combinations, yell at the 3rd party bundling systems that don't play nice with the fulfillment systems, double check and verify against the address updates, update those in the system, have to get on the customer service line for days on end as they try to help us solve a new technical problem that they've never seen before, inspect items for quality control--

Whew.

This is, of course, on top of our regular noodle production and ramen packaging.

Our ramen batches are going out faster too, and we’re sprinting our way through Batch 3, and with any luck, Batch 4 will be moving out a little early as well!

We’re still in middle of verifying fulfillment and delivery of some of the orders, but overflow of some specialty flavors WILL be available soon as well, in stock and ready to ship, so keep an eye out!

It’s been busy, and we’re grateful for your support, and excited to see when everyone gets their stuff. Thank you so much for sticking with us as we get through all this!

Remember to be kind, and savor life’s little victories.
