Let’s talk about this year...

2025.

Man.

What a year it’s been, huh?

I think I can say that this year has been, unequivocally, one of, if not the hardest year we’ve struggled through.

Supply chains have been incredibly unstable, global events keep shaking things up more, and somehow, through it all...

We’ve survived.

Because of you.

Thank you.

It’s two words. Thank you.

It’s not enough to express the depths of gratitude I feel, and how lucky, how... well. I can’t think of a word big enough, or powerful to express it all.

The year ended in a blink. And Vite has changed more in a single year than it has in many others.

You were patient through the painful parts.

You helped support us through the excruciating tariff situation.

You supported us through the wild, fun videos and campaigns we made.

Behind the scenes, we’ve built up so many new systems, found and lost people, re-built our website’s backend, and so many invisible things that took so much out of it.

For a better future, sometimes, the present will be more painful. With everything that’s been happening in 2025, we chose it to be the harder year, gritting our teeth to endure through rebuilding so many things so that the future would be brighter.

Thank you, again, for sticking with us through all of it. I know we’re not perfect. I’m still trying my hardest, all the time. I still have not been able to disconnect and go on vacation yet in this 9th year of Vite, but I owe it all to you to keep steering the ship until it’s in the right place before I do.

We have so much coming up, and so much to look forward to. There are huge projects I’ve been writing, exciting new collaborations, things that have been in the works for years.

And as always, we’re still developing, still improving, and still working on new flavors, new improvements to our ramen, our noodles, and everything else we make.

But more than anything, I want to be able to talk to you more in 2026.

Whether it’s more behind the scenes videos, blog posts, streams, updates, or whatever, I want to commit to talking with everyone more. It feels like with all the building and systems and people management in the backend... We didn’t get to talk with you, or show you what we’re doing, nearly as much as we’ve done in the past.

Even email no longer seems as strong in being able to reach people as it used to be. We’ve been seeing an increasing number of people letting us know through other means that they’re not getting our emails even when they want to, whether it’s updates or order statuses or other things.

I missed talking to you this year. I want to fix that.

Thank you for believing in people trying to do things the right way. Thank you for believing in people who are fighting to make the world a little better, in their own way. Thank you for believing in us.
