Make your purchase with confidence. If you have a problem with the purchase, then our customer service team led by the awesome Jade will be leaping onto the case to solve your problems! We’ll replace any defects at no charge to you (not even shipping!), and while we can’t accept returns due to food safety policies, we can offer you partial refunds if you’ll kindly donate it to a local food bank or homeless shelter and show us the receipt!

Shipping and Returns

When will I receive my order?

We ship out through a third party fulfillment service, who tries to get your orders out the same or next day! Sometimes there are delays due to a flood of orders or things backed up through the post system though (especially near holidays), so it can take anywhere from 2 days to a week to get your order.

How are my shipping costs calculated?

Our shipping rates are automatically calculated through a third party system that goes through our fulfillment; these are the exact costs of how much it takes for us to ship!

Why is my shipping cost at this rate?

Unfortunately, the shipping rates you see are the ones we’re charged as a small business. Since we don’t do huge volumes, the shipping companies aren’t very nice to us :( We wish we could make shipping as cheap and easy as Amazon, but we don’t quite have their massive logistical abilities! 

It's a hard position for us to be in; we've put in so many thousands of hours of work to make our dream ramen, but can't control the shipping costs to get it to everyone! Truth is, our margins aren't great, so going retail or putting our noodles on Amazon would hurt us even more.

We're a small business of 11 people trying to make these noodles, and we don't want to sacrifice paying living wages or our values in order to try and make more sales through cheaper shipping. We get that it's a decision that might put off some potential customers, but it's more important for us to take care of everyone who works here and to run a company we can be proud of than to maximize revenue.

We hope you understand! The more support we get, the more options we'll have for shipping, so it's something we're continually looking to make better in the future. As we grow, we'll be able to negotiate for better shipping; we'd love nothing more than to get our noodles to everyone who wants them! :)
